All test results and correspondence received are reviewed by your doctor and, where appropriate, acted upon in a timely manner. Your doctor will contact you if further action is required. Only the doctor is able to inform you of your test results. An appointment is needed if you would still like to discuss your results with your GP. Please arrange your appointment 3 to 5 business days after you have had
your test to ensure the results have been received back to your doctor.

Recalls & Reminders

​Recalls occur when a GP decides a patient needs to be reviewed within a specified period regarding a clinically significant test result, referral or after diagnosis of a significant condition.

Reminders prompt a patient to make an appointment for a preventative health activity (Eg. Immunisation, Health Assessment, Care Plan Review)

All information collected is kept strictly confidential and used only for the medical and health care of patients. Please refer to our privacy policy  which provides information to patients explaining how their personal details are collected and used within the practice.

Patients may request for a copy of their medical records. We have the right to withhold any third party or mental health records. Those details can be directly requested from the provider or specialist.
